Elaine Joggerst's Story

Elaine Joggerst’s path began as a founder. In 1993 she launched Crimson Multimedia, building a business that supplied software, media, and learning resources to schools and libraries, and growing it over eight years before a successful exit. That early experience of building something real from nothing shaped the operator she would become.

From there, Elaine carried her builder’s instinct into the technology world, leading alliances, partnerships, and transformation initiatives at companies including CrossTec, PC Connection, Vertafore, Citrix, and Google partner Pandera Systems. Along the way she earned her PMP certification, became a Distinguished Toastmaster, and a Google certified Generative AI Leader turned into Agentic AI. Today she drives strategic initiatives and growth, working to bridge strategy, operations, sales, and technology, where she does what she has always done best: find the gaps, build what is missing, and grow the business.
